Growing up, I spent most of my time in sports and dancing. I have more than 17 years of experience in different disciplines, including but not exclusive to yoga, dance, performance, flexibility, and mobility training. My yoga classes are fun, authentic and inclusive of different bodies & levels.

My classes are inclusive of all levels and bodies. Part is traditional yoga with a lot of focus on breath and alignment, and part is inspired by dance, flexibility & mobility training. My style can come across as playful or restorative but, at the same time, very effective.
