Growing up in Hong Kong, Ammar was drawn to activities that challenged both his body and mind, leading him to competitive swimming and weightlifting. For Ammar, yoga is more than just a physical discipline; it's a path to profound life transformation. He brings a strong and challenging flow to his classes, infused with mindfulness. Dedicated to helping students deepen their connection with their bodies and safely extend their limits, his sessions flow seamlessly, welcoming and accessible to all.
From an early age, Ina immersed herself in sports and dance, cultivating over 16 years of experience across various disciplines, including yoga, dance, performance, flexibility, and mobility training. Her yoga classes embody a unique blend of tradition and innovation, welcoming individuals of all levels and body types. With a teaching style influenced by dance and mobility training, Ina's style of teaching can be playful but effective, emphasizing breath and alignment for a holistic practice experience.
