In setting up for our Connection Flow, I carefully craft an atmosphere that enhances the intimacy of the experience. Picture two mats side by side, surrounded by the soft glow of candles, gentle lighting casting an embrace, and perhaps a sprinkle of rose petals if that's your preference. To heighten the ambience, I introduce a delicate aroma, a custom blend of essential oils tailored to your liking (though, of course, entirely optional). The music, thoughtfully chosen, becomes the heartbeat of our class, resonating with the energy we seek to create together.
At the core of the Connection Flow is a purposeful journey, guiding you and your partner to connect on a profound level beyond the limits of words. We move through various stages – from a soothing warmup to dynamic movement, partner stretches, breathwork, meditation, and finally, a relaxing savasana accompanied by a soothing head and shoulder massage. Throughout the flow, I encourage synchronization of movement and breath, facilitating a shared experience.
