It doesn't necessarily teach you how to become a yoga teacher.
You may be wondering:
This mentorship bridges the gap between qualifying and building a sustainable teaching career.
I've been in your shoes. After completing my teacher training, mentorship played a key role in helping me build confidence, establish myself as a full time yoga teacher and create a sustainable career without losing my love for teaching. Now, I'd like to help others navigate that same journey.
My experience includes:
• 5 years of project management
• 4 years as a full time yoga teacher
• Teaching 15+ classes per week across multiple studios
• Running regular workshops and retreat
• Teaching a variety of class styles & levels
• Experience supporting newly qualified teachers in the early stages of their careers

A video call for us to connect, discuss your goals and make sure the mentorship is the right fit for you.
Only if you haven't done sone before, it's best you attend a class with me before starting your mentorship program.
We'll identify your strengths, challenges and aspirations, then create a personalised development plan for the next year.

Ina has been a huge part of helping me become the teacher I am today. Coming from a corporate background, the move into teaching can feel daunting and isolating — but Ina's insider knowledge, encouragement, and practical advice on my teaching as well as when, where and who to connect with made all the difference. She opened doors to new studios and helped me build the confidence and experience to find my footing. I honestly don't know where I'd be without her.

After completing my initial training in India, I returned to London excited but with very little idea of how to actually begin teaching. Ina gave me the opportunity to assist in her public classes, having been a student in those very same classes only around six months earlier. Being able to gain experience offering hands-on adjustments so early in my teaching journey was incredibly valuable. It helped me develop my teaching eye, and deepen my understanding of how different bodies move and respond and now forms an integral part of my teaching.
I also had the opportunity to assist Ina at flexibility workshops and community events such as Park Flow. Throughout those early stages of teaching, she played a huge role in building my confidence and giving me opportunities to practise and develop my skills in real teaching environments. There’s only so much practising on friends or other trained teachers can do! Beyond this, Ina taught me that great teaching isn’t just about knowledge or technique, but about weaving humour and authenticity (I’m always laughing in her classes) into those moments, creating a space where students feel welcome and supported.
Today, I teach yoga full-time in London, with a regular studio schedule alongside private and corporate offerings. I’ve recently co-hosted my first workshop (which sold out!) and am currently planning several more. Looking back, Ina’s guidance, encouragement, and willingness to create opportunities for me were invaluable, and I’m very grateful for her support. What began as a student-teacher relationship has grown into a wonderful friendship, and I feel very lucky to have her in my corner throughout my journey 🤍
I met Ina whilst studying on my 300-hour teacher training, and it didn’t take long to realise I was learning alongside an advanced yoga teacher.
As the course progressed, she became a key presence, quietly supporting and encouraging those around her. This naturally led to an invitation to assist in some of her own classes.

Ina brings a wealth of experience, having trained in many different styles of yoga with an array of top-level teachers. Combined with her previous career as a dancer, she has developed a teaching style that is entirely her own.
What I admire most is her quiet confidence and deep knowledge of both the asanas and the philosophy behind them. She balances a clear directness with an openness that feels exactly right for a mentor, especially as I continue to find my own way in teaching.
Above all, Ina shows a genuine care for and investment in people’s individual needs. She understands that everyone comes to class for their own reasons, and that awareness is something I find hugely inspiring to learn from.
