Discovery Call (30 mins)
A video call for us to connect, discuss your goals and make sure the mentorship is the right fit for you.
Attend a class with me
Only if you haven't done sone before, it's best you attend a class with me before starting your mentorship program.
Initial Strategy Session (60 mins)
We'll identify your strengths, challenges and aspirations, then create a personalised development plan for the next year.
Online Video call
Two 1:1 Mentoring Sessions (60 mins each)
Dedicated sessions tailored to your needs. Topics may include sequencing, cueing, adjustments, confidence, workshops, career development and finding your teaching voice. Online or in person.
CV & Application Support
Feedback on your yoga CV, teaching profile and applications to help you present yourself professionally to studios. As well as guidance on what studios look for, how to prepare, and how to approach teaching auditions with confidence.
