Park Flow & Picnic is a 75-minute outdoor yoga class in Regent’s Park, blending mobility, flow, partner work, and inversions in a fun, open-level session. After class, stay for a community picnic—bring snacks, play games, and connect with like-minded people!

The class is in Regent’s Park, near Baker Street Station. The exact spot will be confirmed via email one day before the event.
You can pay after the class—£13 by card (directly to me) or £10 in cash.
A yoga mat or a towel will work just fine.
Props aren’t necessary, but you’re welcome to bring any you like.
Everything is optional! But know that the park is the best safe place to play and fall.

Only if they’re calm and friendly, as others may also bring their dogs.
